Re: [adhoc] guidance to ECs, meeting in Victoria

I have real problems with "best available membership" information. I've dealt
with OUP for some time now reagrding membership info and quite frankly, I
haven't seen a version yet that would be up-to-date and reliable. I think this
needs quite a bit of thinking still.
