[tei-council] Preparation for F2F meeting

Hi all,

Agenda: Our tentative schedule is starting to come together and I 
can see that people (Martin and Syd) have added things at
http://wiki.tei-c.org/index.php/Council_agenda_2014-11
So please do add things yourself! Or tell me to do so. (And not 
all on the very first morning...)

Tickets: Also please go to http://tinyurl.com/teiCouncilBugs and 
http://tinyurl.com/teiCouncilFR (these list all the open bugs and 
feature requests).

Please do the following:
If a bug/fr you are assigned is completed then *close* it.
If a bug/fr you are assigned is uncompleted then add a comment 
explaining its current status.
If a bug/fr you are assigned is uncategorised mark it:
  * Green -- you know what to do there has been a decision or 
consensus, you've just not got around to doing it yet.
  * Amber -- it is new, not been discussed, or needs more 
discussion before a decision can be made
  * Red -- it is controversial, needs more of a proposal, has 
major flaws, etc.
If a bug/fr is not assigned to anyone, but you want to own it, 
please assign it to yourself
If a bug/fr is assigned to someone else, but you want to comment 
on it, please do so.

Deadline: Of course you can do that at any point, but I'm going 
to be taking a copy of those bugs in their various colour coding 
on this early *Sunday morning* and pasting them into a google doc 
to make sure we discuss them during our ticket processing sessions.
