[tei-council] Hotel Nights for Fall F2F

It's looking a bit like we may not be able to get a local block of rooms
for the Saturday evening. There's a home football game that weekend,
meaning lots of people will be staying at local hotels that night. The rest
of the time shouldn't be a problem.

Please do fill out the poll ASAP, and I'll see what needs to be done.
