[tei-council] Hotel Nights for Fall F2F

Hi all.

I filled this in after looking at the prices for flights (not 
booked yet) to get there. In my case the costs was more than 
double if I did not depart the UK on the Saturday. So I'll need 
accommodation somewhere on Saturday night...but if Raleigh is 
full up I could always go somewhere else for a night obviously.
