Yes, I noticed that it seems to be impossible to point to the 
schemas using the tei.it.ox.ac.uk/jenkins/ alias ... should we 
modify that Apache rewrite rule?

Good thought, it wouldn't have occurred to me to mention that... 
(I mean, of course they haven't, it isn't released.)
