[tei-council] working with translation

I have proof-of-concept spreadsheet at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AhciBT9b4XaZdFo4Mk1FMEFlSHNUUkxuZmFaR0xqenc&usp=drive_web#gid=0
to include the missing desc/gloss/remarks from <valItem>. That gives us 1702 items which may have desc, gloss or remarks.

I took the opportunity (of 2 hours sitting in car waiting for daughter to play badminton) to remove the quite large number of
duplicate translation strings, and the trailing/leading space from most Japanese, which makes things look cleaner.

I'd be interested to hear if anyone can write a Schematron test to make sure that in a given context there is no more than
one desc/gloss/remark translation per language.
