dont forget that this isn't a zero-cost operation. my script will produce the
spreadsheets, but putting them online, alerting translators to their
existence, answering questions,  doing backups, generally acting
as marshal and project manager - all this takes committment
from someone for noticeable amounts of time. It is defnitely
not a role I can undertake again.
