[tei-council] agenda for f2f next month

I have updated http://wiki.tei-c.org/index.php/Council_agenda_2013-11 with details of two items
(request from Ontology SIG, and Pure ODD). For the latter especially, doing some reading
before you come to Oxford would be a good idea. Trying to get up to speed with the proposal
on the fly may be hard :-}
