[tei-council] new git world order

In the new gitHub/Stylesheets directory, there is no odds2/ directory
(there is an odds/ directory). However, Roma/roma2.sh still tests for
and uses odds2/. 

This seems like an outright (and pretty bad) bug to me. I simply
changed all "odds2" to "odds" in roma2.sh, and it worked. I have not
checked the change in yet
a) in case Sebastian has master plans I'd be interfering with, and
b) because my local roma2.sh has other differences that no one else
   would want (at least not in current form)
