The Council meeting minutes are here:

Anyone can edit them, but I've saved a local copy just in case of vandalism.

Please read and amend as appropriate -- I'm sort of condensing-as-I-go, 
so I may well have misrepresented what you said, or misattributed some 
contributions (it's harder to tell who's talking with some new folks there).

I'll leave the doc there for a few days, then I'll call time and mark it 
up to go on the website through the CMS as usual.
