I just noticed that both http://www.tei-c.org/Guidelines/Customization/odds.xml and the Roma interface show tei_xinclude and tei_dictionaries as experimental. Is this still the case? They're not listed that way at http://www.tei-c.org/Guidelines/Customization/ .
