[tei-council] teilite vs tei_lite

As per previous discussion

The logic of the TEI build procedure means that things mess up when "tei_XX" produces "teiXX.rng",
so I have now actually changed tei_lite.odd to generate tei_lite.rng (etc) pro tem. 

if this is deemed bad, can I revert to teilite.odd producing teilite,rng? but not a mixture, please?
