[tei-council] Query on manuscript catalogue records from Chilean museum

Council,

Any suggestions on how to reply to this questioner? They may be under a 
misapprehension about the necessity for TEI membership (or the idea that we're 
interested in selling a product). But is there anyone in the museum community to 
point them to?

My name is Felipe Contreras, and I'm currently collaborating with a
research project on three Illuminated Manuscripts of the second half of the
15th Century at the Museo de Artes Decorativas de Santiago de Chile. One of
our objectives is to produce a catalogue record of each manuscript, and we
are very interested in the services of your website. In order to propose to
the museum the purchase of a memebership, we want to ask you for an example
of a document using the TEI system, and also if you can tell us the
highlights of your product, as well, why it would be the best option for us.
