That's what we hope for with Martin's new attribute, but in the status 
quo they would both be @rend, as Sebastian wrote.

I think my "single-shot @rend" he refers to the idea that the single 
attribute @rend is used to contain both css and tokens, and the XSLT 
renderer knows which is which because of some label somewhere in the 
header. I would take "inutterably" as a Bush-esque neologism, but 
clearly an intensifier. Totally doomed. Inescapably doomed. Irredeemably 
doomed. So doomed I can't even bear to say it.
