[tei-council] latest Tite DTD?

Could I just remind TEI Technical Council members that their
posts are publicly archived? For example, I understand the joking
about Apex is light-hearted but remember that some people may
stumble across your messages out of context. That the TEI Tite
DTD diverged at all is unfortunate, but I'm sure you guys can
bring everything back in line. As far as I'm aware Apex have been
helpful and useful to the TEI-C in providing a membership
benefit, and have always been above board in their dealings with us.
