[tei-council] @xml:lang on <egXML>

You may also find there are a couple of Greek or Latin examples (drawn 
from inscriptions) which say @xml:lang='en'. I meant to ask about this 
at the time, but assuming there is no 'la' or 'grc' internationalization 
of TEI, anything tagged thus would never appear, would it?
