Surface surfaceGrp and zone are first introduced in the discussion of
facsimile. Within facsimile they cannot contain line etc.

Thanks for this, it is a nice example, but I do not see what it adds to
the zonification we already have demonstrated using Bovelles, except
that there is some text to transcribe, of course. It doesnt include any
non-linear zones, and it doesn't include any zones spanning surfaces.
