Yes, I can do that, as I happen to have the transcription of the entire
notebook, but they are very long and complex pages, do you really need
that? I thought that this example was only supposed to present issues of
zoning within an opening, so that a general discussion about the layout
and only the outline of <zone> was enough.
Which one do you want? You have not answered.

I don't think we need to encode, do we? In the sense that this is only the
way they look when folded, so if you click on the following page you will
see them opened up. IMO people will only want to encode the opened version
of the page, with perhaps a second graphic to show how it looks when
closed.

Brett, this is for you, I think. I know that is "[I am a curse]"
(University of Virginia), but more details (and perhaps a better
resolution for the image) are to be asked to the Whitman people.
