[tei-council] Further correction to the Genetic stuff

Lou & Elena,

I sent what I thought was a better image of the "Iron necklace" line a
while back (in a batch with other improved images for the Whitman
materials). It might have just gotten overlooked or maybe there was a
problem with it. In any case, I've doctored it further and also found a
handful of really simple alternate examples of instant revisions that
would, perhaps, be more suitable. The lot is available here:

http://dropbox.unl.edu/uploads/20111129/4b013398f5bf63e3/instant_correction_images.zip

If any of these seems to be a keeper, let me know and I'll supply metadata
and/or transcription.

Best regards,
Brett

Yes, I can do that, as I happen to have the transcription of the entire
notebook, but they are very long and complex pages, do you really need
that? I thought that this example was only supposed to present issues of
zoning within an opening, so that a general discussion about the layout
and only the outline of <zone> was enough.
Which one do you want? You have not answered.

I don't think we need to encode, do we? In the sense that this is only the
way they look when folded, so if you click on the following page you will
see them opened up. IMO people will only want to encode the opened version
of the page, with perhaps a second graphic to show how it looks when
closed.

Brett, this is for you, I think. I know that is "[I am a curse]"
(University of Virginia), but more details (and perhaps a better
resolution for the image) are to be asked to the Whitman people.
