[tei-council] reviewing genetic editing revisions incorporated into last successful build

I am editorially wondering about the Dulce et decorum est example at the
end of 11.3.5: the order of the bullets below the XML should be reversed
(and go from top to bottom, to be more reader-friendly), and what is
this sinister shortEnd?

And there's "resemblence" instead of "resemblance" somewhere.
