[tei-council] agenda items

Dear John,

Speaking of elections -- a small research group from the Institute for
German Language in Mannheim has convinced our Director to finance our
institutional membership in the TEI. I was able to only send the
application after coming back from a conference and getting the final
confirmation. Which means that it's still at an early processing stage
-- it might get acted on today, perhaps, once the day starts in America.
And so I wonder: does that still make us eligible to vote this year, or
are we too late?
