[tei-council] 'TEI: Frequently Asked Questions' international (fwd)

While we're on the topic, might I suggest that the FAQ probably 
needs some updates in any case.  I've been meaning to add a 
question/answer on Sourceforge, feature requests, bug reports. 
But that has got buried under some of the website updates that I 
and David (also with Stuart and Martin) have been doing over the 
last week.  If anyone has any other suggestions for FAQ updates, 
feel free to send them to me in the next day or so (question and 
answers), and I'll add them.

If you have other website bugs, use sourceforge.
