[tei-council] 'TEI: Frequently Asked Questions' international (fwd)

Standard practice in the past has been to insist that (a) we get to see 
the translation before it appears (b) we have the right to link to it 
from our site.

FWIW, Mr Google led me to 
http://search.gmane.org/?author=Alyona+Lompar&sort=date which shows that 
she's making quite a business of this.
