Council,

Hmm. After sending that request I noticed that I had included Alyona's phone 
number and worried about letting that get onto a publicly archived list. But a 
quick googling of her name + number suggests that we might not want to honor the 
request, which is called a "scam" in this thread:

FWIW, in her email to us she claimed her native language is Ukrainian, in the 
one to LDP she said Belorussian...
