[tei-council] Chicago hotel bills

Mine also shows a total of $156.56 per night for three nights -- that's 
what I've claimed. I didn't have any extra added, and I was only charged 
for the three nights. There is a charge of $30.08 for room service the 
first night, which is correct.

I'm sending you a scan of my bill in case it will help you get the 
situation resolved.
