[tei-council] logistics for Council meeting in Chicago

Martin, I'm both happy and sad to hear you'll be joining us.  Perhaps a 
vacation in Chicago?

It occurs to me that Gabby was not able to make last year's meeting, and 
things didn't sound promising for this year either.  Gabby, here's 
hoping you'll be able to make it without bruises!
