[tei-council] access to current builds of TEI P5

Following on from that, those testing ODDs may like to consider specifying
http://tei.oucs.ox.ac.uk/hudson/job/TEIP5/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/release/tei-p5-source/share/xml/tei/odd/p5subset.xml
as the source of the TEI.

eg

  <schemaSpec ident="test" source="http://tei.oucs.ox.ac.uk/hudson/job/TEIP5/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/release/tei-p5-source/share/xml/tei/odd/p5subset.xml">
     ….
  </schemaSpec>

will read the most recent (successful) build of the source for using as the basis for a derived schema.

Those that like reading the log of what happened at the last build may like
to read (eg) http://tei.oucs.ox.ac.uk/hudson/job/TEIP5/54/parsed_console/?
