[tei-council] Council meeting in April - Symposium on 11. April

I take one point at a time; I have never thought that Seb wanted to  
speak, but I had the feeling that OxGarage would be a very nice thing  
to present there; It's potentially a tool which could, among other  
things, help libraries see format discrepancy with a better eye. And  
yes, would be great to have other proposals like this. Any thoughts?
As a whole I agree with your analysis, but it is always more difficult  
to get people external to the council to come then find good talks  
within such a good group as we have (but we can start gathering them)
