This has always been a serious concern to me. While Oxford has been
contracted as editorial support to Council, I am always worried that we
are not doing enough to make sure that we have people who could take
over in an emergency. Lou, Sebastian, and James do seem to travel
together and stay in the same hotels more often than the Royal Family
does, for example. What if terrorists discover this weak underbelly of
civilisation and decide to bring down the world economy by preventing
new updates of the Guidelines. I shudder to think of the chaos that
might ensue!
