[tei-council] next council meeting: Ireland needs a reply

Arianna,

I'm strongly in favor of the Galway meeting, for the reasons I
mentioned before, i.e., having the conference and logistics handled by
people outside the council, leaving the council free to focus more on
its meetings. Council will, of course, be full participants in the
conference, but it will be nice that none of us have to worry too much
about the logistics of organizing it.

I support Christian's idea of asking for a small extension for our
decision. I don't think much will be gained by getting the call for
papers out just before rather than just after the holidays. People
will be preoccupied over the holidays so it may be just as well to get
the call out after the new year as people start back to work.
