I'd be happy to give a paper on one of the TEI projects I'm involved in if
desired.

I do agree that we probably won't know in the next two weeks what the
situation will be. Perhaps this matter should be referred to the board to
get their input. However, whatever the Council will be working on, and
whomsoever will be leading it, seems not to affect the fact that the
Council will be engaged in work and will almost certainly need a meeting of
this sort.
