[tei-council] Ticket 110

Hi all,

I'd handled the ticket business wrong for three of mine, so I'll be
sending the comments for the council (as opposed to typos) out one after
the other.

Here all the typos I'd found have been reported and fixed. There is one
issue though: custodialHistory looks to me suspiciously like the newly
redefined "event" element.
