[tei-council] actions from last week

I have been through the minutes of Berlin,
and put in links to a set of tickets in trac which
formalize the set of activites for coming 6 weeks.
This is hopefully as per a planning
meeting between self, Dan and Christian in Berlin.

Please look at

and make sure you know what is on your plate.

Also read the minutes carefully. Any actions in there
which no link to a trac ticket should be either
so trivial that you have done them already, or
so vague that I could not make a worthwhile ticket.

If you are doing anything substantial this month
for P5 which does not correspond to a trac item,
please tell me so that I can record it.
