bear in mind that we have no example translation
scheduled. the target is descriptions for now. The
urgency would be if we needed to change
the ODD spec, and there is no current
indication that we need to do so. There is a need
for some rules about managing examples,
and processes to be scripted, but do we see
a need for different markup?
