[tei-council] membership changes, preparations for the teleconference of the TEI-Council 2006-11-22 12:00 UTC

I've been experimenting with VoIP clients. Skype works on many systems
but only allows conference calls of 5. Ekiga is a lovely thing, but is
still a bit problematic. I've just discovered a free client called
Gizmo--it even lets you call out for free; it has clients for Linux,
Mac, and Windows, and offers free conference rooms.
