[tei-council] reviewing SA again;what is standoff?

Thanks to this discussion and other contributions from the Council 
(notably the earlier discussion about how to redo the Comenius example), 
I am hoping to have a somewhat improved draft of this chapter for your 
consideration by the end of the week.
