[tei-council] Roma interface

[Sebastian Rahtz]

I have an offer from Marc Kuester in Wurms to set a computer science
student project to work on Roma, with the aim of improving the backend
and interface.

If this work goes ahead, we need someone to consider user interface
design. Can anyone on the Council provide a human resource
to put some work in this area?
