[tei-council] Brief report on P5 changes since last meeting

The P5 changelog shows the following activities since 1 May 05

1. Revised versions of MS chapter checked in

2. Work on correcting content models for biblStruct and respStmt

3. New <bob> element added (but not yet fully documented)

4. Make <schemaSpec> a chunk rather than a phrase

5. Benchmark (test suite) files revised and checked

6. New spec for <index>, including new spanning class, new <indexTerm>
    element, removal of <indexSpan>. Made P5 itself conform to new spec,

I have also been working on some of the outstanding SF queries, and
fixing errors where they appear, e.g.

- phraseSeq macro now defined explicitly instead of intermediate macro
   (which used sequence instead of alternation for some reason)
- made content model of <del> same as that of add (specialPara)
- made content model of <byline> same as that of other divtop elements 
(phraseSeq)
- changed content model of <interp> to paraContent and removed its value 
attribute
