I believe (although I could be mistaken) that Julia meant that the
argument for dropping numbered <lg>s is parrallel to the argument for
dropping numbered <div>s, and thus need not be repeated in her paper.
(Rather than that we have already decided to drop numbered <div>s,
which to my knowledge we have discussed briefly but never even
seriously considered, let alone decided).

She should be back from her trip sometime on Wed, so if I'm wrong
she'll hopefully be able to correct me before the conference call.
