The travel reimbursement form may be found at

This form still carries the old TEI administrative address in Norway. 
An updated form will be posted shortly, but in the meantime please 
note that all reimbursement requests should be sent to the following

Please attach your original receipts, including boarding passes, 
ticket stubs, and meal receipts. If you paid TEI-related expenses for 
someone else (e.g. if you paid for someone else's lunch at AFNOR), 
please enclose a note mentioning this so that it's clear to Daniel 
how the costs are justified.
