[tei-council] notes from this morning's call

Hi Christian

The ACH/ALLC is 15-18 June in Victoria, Canada, and several of us will be there, as well as teaching in a summer school the week before. I will also have to stay on a few days for other project work. So if it is very late June, that should be ok for me at least.

Dear Syd and Council members,

The minutes of our call on Monday look fine to me, thank you Syd for
making them available so quickly and accurately.

As noted in the minutes, our next call is scheduled for Jan 31, 2005
1300 UTC. I hope that all who are Council members on that date will
verify their availability and speak up *now* if there is a need to
reschedule. I know that sudden changes might always occur, but would
like to make sure that no oversight keeps Council members from
participating due to commitments that are known today.

Also, I would like to proceed with the planning for next year,
especially the Council meeting as soon as possible. Sebastian said he
is not available from early April to mid June. I think it would be
desirable to have a meeting scheduled so that he can participate, so I
would like to reopen the issue of timing of the meeting. Is there
anything that speaks against a meeting in the second half of June?

All the best,

Christian
