How about   B&H resturant/deli , just south of Gem Spa.    Waiters were 
cranky but loved us and our politics, and really loved Abbie.  After I left 
NY for Vermont I would go back  for the best mushroom/barley soup w/ chunks 
of great bread. and they always asked about Abbie .  The waiters would yell 
back and forth and make jokes.  We were often there before/after demos and 
meetings.     Ratners was down the block , somewhat  up scale.  roz
