Your site has consitancy and smart simpicity. The first page definately
emphasizes this, its minimal, economic, functional. The use of the same
background throughout the site works really well to define a real
conitinutity. The /home2 page's graphics could be sharpened a little. I
cant' tell whether the use of a money bag graphic for the contribution
link is funny or insulting. Maybe something more subtle would work, I
don't know, if I were donating money, I'd be hesitant to click on some
graphic of a money bag. Also I think it would look good, even though it
may be impossible, to arrange the links in a circle around the center VHF
instead of just outlining the square perimeter.
The animated book looks good, its small enough that it doesn't detract
from anything, yet still serves its purpose.
The black and white photo on the grant page is the perfect choice, maybe
because it is black and white...
The Vhf on top of the question graphic under the Quick facts link is
difficult to see.
There was a bit of confusion when I tried looking through the UPcoming
events under the Quick FAct Icon. The overlapping of Exhibitions,
the institute of violence etc., and Events makes the use of "exhibitions"
and "insitute" unneccessary, but I may be commenting on superflous
information that you are aware of and have not had time yet to fix.

This page looks good, it has a purpose and conveys it well. The hierarchy
can be a little confusing, but as i told the Solar page, once you have all
the data needed, things will start falling into place.
