I like the opening title page and really like the option for
graphics or no graphics!

Upon landing on the opening page, however, I was immediately
confused as to the source of the site. Is it a project of the
c'ville public schools or an independent concern, or what?
Those were some questions that immediately came to mind. You
might want to add on the opening page a BRIEF statement of the
source of the site and its purpose. I liked the logo.
Although it defined the word "SOLaR," I was not familiar with
an organization called "SOLaR" so I was left confused. I think
that you must be prepared for hypothetical first time reactions
like that.

I liked all the graphics you had, including the sun motifs and
the one on the submission-of-lesson-plans page. The blue
background of the tributary pages was a good match to the sky
background. On first viewing I didn't even notice the
difference.

Why are there separate forms for submitting lesson plans? Was
it one of the requirements for the section?

I liked the way that you left the second page open-ended, that
more information can be added without disturbing the graphic
structure of the page.
