[adhoc] notes from the conference call

My agenda URL for today's conference call,

now has notes from that call, and highlights in red (and green) the
things particular individuals committed to doing, and the dates by
which they committed to those things. Harold, Lorna, and I all have at
least something on that list, though many of the things are things
Harold needs to get out of ALLC by some time in March or April: good
luck, Harold, and please report even if you have only partial
responses/results--we'll need to move forward on the basis of whatever
we have.

If you see things in my notes from today that seem to you to
misrepresent or miss the substance of our discussion, please let me
know ASAP. Otherwise, these notes stand as a record of things agreed
upon.
