Hi All,

I've put in a skeleton of an agenda at:

Please, please, please, put your non-ticket items into it. What 
should we be discussing? What day/time does it fit into?

I remember that some of us are slotted to give short 
presentations on some of the technical aspects (which we will 
then document either in tcw documents, or blog posts, or 
something)... so don't forget to add those.

Hugh: The timings are just copied from the previous 
face-to-face... feel free to restructure the agenda to fit the 
timings that make sense for the location.
