Do I understand rightly that those of us who indicated a need for
lodging have had it booked for us? If so, where, when, and how?
I.e. where should we go, when should we get there, and how
do we establish our bona fides?

At the moment, I have nothing but a plane ticket, and my
itinerary looks worryingly bare.
