Could I suggest that we add Kevin Hawkins who has agreed to take over being Webmaster.

Likewise while Sebastian can stop being an admin he should remain a 'developer' until at least end of dec. (Though we have few hard and fast rules about getting rid of anyone.)

Subject: [tei-council] New admins for SourceForge

Hi all,

Hugh has agreed to be an admin on the SourceForge project, so I've added him. I think if anyone else on Council is familiar enough with the SourceForge interface to be able to do basic admin tasks, they should be added too. Elli, did you want to be an admin?

There's very little to do, really. I think adding Hugh is the only admin-like thing I've done in months.

Cheers,
Martin
