Hi all,

I summarized our discussion on translation this morning on the ticket:

and I also noticed that in the prior post, I'd laid out a vague plan for 
re-integrating stuff from the Google spreadsheet into the Glines source.

What I think we need, though, is a TCW documenting the history, current 
work, and future plans. If you all agree, I can be actioned to start 
making that.
