[tei-council] xml-models for spec files

Hi all,

I noticed that while most (553) spec files have this:

<?xml-model
href="http://tei.oucs.ox.ac.uk/jenkins/job/TEIP5/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/release/xml/tei/odd/p5.nvdl"
type="application/xml"
schematypens="http://purl.oclc.org/dsdl/nvdl/ns/structure/1.0"?>

there are a couple of hundred which have this:

<?xml-model
href="http://tei.oucs.ox.ac.uk/jenkins/job/TEIP5/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/release/xml/tei/odd/p5odds.rnc"
type="application/relax-ng-compact-syntax"?>
<?xml-model
href="http://tei.oucs.ox.ac.uk/jenkins/job/TEIP5/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/release/xml/tei/odd/p5odds.isosch"
type="application/xml" schematypens="http://purl.oclc.org/dsdl/schematron"?>

which I think is the old version. I thought we'd replaced all of these. So:

1. Am I right that the nvdl link is better and is what we intended them
all to have?

2. If so, is it OK if I go ahead and change them all now?

The ones with the old links are actually invalid.

Cheers,
Martin
